What is the best way to get to / from the festival?

Where possible, we suggest travelling to the festival on foot and walking to the park. If you live further afield and need to travel to the festival, we strongly recommend utilising the local public transport network. There are a number of busses that pass by Barrow Park with a number of stops located around the perimeter.

Single bus journeys are still capped at £3, so hop on the bus and leave the car at home. Alternatively, if you wish to take the train, Barrow train station is located just 400m away from the festival site. For those travelling by car, we strongly recommend utilising one of the public car parks in Barrow town centre and using the local bus service to get to / from the festival.

Where can I park near the festival?

There is no public parking available at the festival; however, there are a number of public car parks in Barrow town centre only a short distance away. If travelling by car, we strongly recommend utilising one of the town centre car parks and either walking, or taking the bus to the festival site. Please note, there is absolutely no car parking permitted for festival attendees on Park Avenue, Lorne Road, Abbey Road, Park Drive or in the Leisure Centre car park. Please be considerate of our neighbours.
